Application and Developer Information

This Privacy Policy covers only the Dreamix mobile application, which is available for download via Google Play. The app is owned and operated by Dolleticon, referred to throughout this document as "we," "our," or "us",which serves as the legal entity behind Dreamix's operations. By downloading Dreamix from Google Play, you agree that this policy governs how your information is collected, used, retained, and shared during your use of the application.

Processing Steps

User-Initiated Cloud Processing

Dreamix provides certain AI-powered editing, enhancement, and rendering features through secure cloud processing. Cloud processing is performed only when you intentionally use a feature that requires server-side computation.

Upload Conditions

Your images, videos, or other media files are transmitted to our secure servers only when you manually choose a cloud-dependent feature and intentionally start the processing task. Dreamix does not send your content automatically or while running in the background---every upload requires your explicit action. Prior to any data transfer, the app displays a clear notice informing you that cloud-based processing will be involved.

Retention and Erasure Policy

Your uploaded materials are retained only as long as required to complete the service you requested. After processing concludes, all original content and resulting outputs are irreversibly deleted within a 72-hour window. The developer maintains no archived duplicates of your files and ensures that your information is not applied to advertising, model refinement, behavioral assessment, or any external objectives.

Security

All data transfers---both uploads and downloads---are secured with TLS encryption, following prevailing industry standards. Access to submitted files is confined exclusively to automated handling systems and the essential backend components necessary to deliver the service you have requested.

Content Advisory

We make every effort to configure the AI model within reasonable parameters. Nonetheless, you may come across material that does not suit your personal preferences. If you encounter anything that appears offensive or inappropriate, please notify us at howarddawidma@gmail.com. We will respond quickly, and your input also contributes to ongoing algorithmic enhancements.

Types of Information Collected

  1. Activity Records
We may track your engagement with our platform---including browsing history, click actions, download events, content shares, editing operations, and other contributions. This information supports the delivery of platform features.
  2. Device and System Logs
To ensure consistent operation, protect user accounts, refine the experience, and support communications, we collect various device and log entries when you connect. These include: device fingerprint, GAID, handset model, language and region settings, advertising ID, OS version, IP address, build number, connection type, network performance metrics, and service event records.
  3. Correspondence and User Input
When you reach out for assistance or to offer opinions, we gather the content of your message and any attachments, along with your contact details (like phone or email), so we can address your concerns and offer support.
  4. Facial Feature Detection
When accessing editing or compositing functions that involve faces, we automatically detect facial landmarks to derive the data needed for processing. The final visual outputs are returned to you. We do not keep the source files, footage, facial measurements, or final artwork, nor do we pass them to outside parties. This operation is purely for enabling the feature and improving output quality. If you include another person's features, you must inform them and obtain appropriate permission.
  5. Off-Device Execution
For efficient and precise content manipulation, we may briefly forward your files or related labels to a cloud facility to achieve the requested effects. These uploads are limited to the task you have selected. We do not store the materials, labels, or any associated information longer than needed, nor do we apply them elsewhere or make them available to others.

Device Access Requests

To offer improved functionality, efficient operations, and a better overall experience, we may request certain system permissions when introducing additional features. Subject to your consent and guided by a minimal-data principle, we may access the following permissions and the associated data:

The information linked to these permissions is treated as sensitive. Declining any permission only restricts your use of the specific feature dependent on it---your access to other app functions remains unchanged. You may review your permission status at any time via your device's system settings and are free to enable or disable any of these permissions according to your own choices.

When you grant a permission, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal data solely for providing the corresponding service. If you later disable that permission, your authorization is revoked, and we will cease all collection and usage tied to it going forward. However, disabling a permission does not affect any data handling that occurred while the permission was active.

External SDK Integrations

To deliver essential features, support analytics, and handle in-app transactions, Dreamix integrates with various third-party SDKs. Each may collect device and activity data as described, but only after you have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

  1. AppsFlyer (AppsFlyer Ltd.)
Role: Attribution, marketing measurement, and performance tracking.
Information collected: Device identifiers (Android ID, GAID), IP, install referrer, conversion data, and user actions. This helps us understand acquisition sources and improve campaigns.
  2. Google Play Billing (Google LLC)
    Role: Processing purchases and subscriptions.
Information collected: Order details, transaction logs, and product identifiers. We never store or access your complete payment credentials---all billing is managed through Google Play.
  3. Google Install Referrer (Google LLC)
Role: Determining how you arrived at the app.
Information collected: Referrer source and install timestamp, used exclusively for attribution.
  4. Google Ads Identifier & AppSet ID (Google LLC)
Role: Providing anonymized tokens for analytics and ad assessment.
Information collected: AAID and AppSet ID, which you can reset or limit via device settings.
  5. Google Sign-In (Google LLC)
    Role: Google-based authentication.
Information collected: Only upon your explicit sign-in action, we receive name and email from your Google profile. No passive collection occurs.
  6. Purely Technical Libraries (No Data Handling)
These components serve only operational functions---network calls, image display, media playback, preference storage, background scheduling, and dependency management. They do not gather or share any personal information: Retrofit & OkHttp, Glide, ExoPlayer, DataStore, WorkManager, and Hilt.

Analytics Information

We collect and analyze data on an ongoing basis to enhance our Service and the overall user experience. This information is handled in aggregate form, enabling us to identify usage trends and guide product improvements. These compiled insights may be shared with our affiliates, representatives, and business partners for activities such as research, product evolution, and commercial strategy. Rest assured, all such data is anonymized and does not identify you or your end users personally.

Purposes of Data Usage

The information you supply may be used to operate our services and to contact you, consistent with this policy. Key applications include:

  1. Product Refinement
Your data enables us to build, maintain, and improve our services. By observing user behavior, we can ensure the platform remains intuitive and accessible.
  2. Protective Measures
We rely on your information to uphold account security and network safety. This could include screening uploaded files for unlawful content, as well as supporting risk mitigation, security assistance, and related safeguards.
  3. Mandatory Communications
Your data is used to deliver important notices, such as account alerts or revisions to our terms and policies.
  4. Regulatory Adherence
We hold and manage your information to meet legal requirements. This might involve logging, reviewing, or processing your data in compliance with relevant regulations, including in emergencies.

Your Control Options

You can restrict data collection through the following actions:

Right to Remove Your Data

You retain full authority over your information while using our application and may delete any saved records whenever you choose. We are committed to protecting your privacy and making data removal easy. You can erase your history and other stored items via the app's preferences menu. Furthermore, uninstalling the app will automatically clear all locally stored data from your device. Be aware that deleted information is irretrievable. Should you have any queries regarding your deletion rights, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

As is common with most online platforms, we employ cookies, web beacons, and related tools. Cookies are small files stored on your hard drive or device memory that hold information about your usage behavior---supporting functions like authentication, preference retention, traffic analysis, campaign measurement, and social features. Web beacons are small embedded scripts on pages or in emails that help us track your interaction with that content.

Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You may adjust your browser settings to block or remove them if you wish. However, this could impact the availability and performance of certain features.

We use third-party analytics services to monitor traffic and usage trends. These tools collect data from your device or our services---such as pages visited, features used, and other signals---to help us refine our offerings. This information is combined with similar data from other users in an aggregated form that does not reasonably identify any individual.

We partner with third-party ad networks to display ads across the internet and other media. To evaluate ad performance and determine payments, we incorporate third-party modules into our apps. These modules may also be used to gain insights into how users engage with our services.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We retain your personal data for a period of 48 months. We may keep and use your information as necessary to fulfill legal obligations (for example, complying with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

We also retain Usage Data for internal analytical purposes. This type of data is generally kept for a shorter duration unless it is needed to enhance security, improve our Service functionality, or we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

Data Sharing Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The integrated SDKs transmit data only to their owners for the stated functions, and we require them contractually to follow applicable data protection laws.

Information Sharing Practices

Dolleticon does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to others. We share such data only when necessary to fulfill your service requests, keep Dreamix operational, manage payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and system security.

Third-Party Providers

To deliver Dreamix's core features, we engage selected outside vendors. These providers support authentication, payment processing, analytics, installation source tracking, cloud infrastructure, fraud prevention, and performance oversight.

Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process limited categories of information, including:

Each external provider handles personal data exclusively to carry out the services they perform for us, in line with their respective privacy policies and relevant legal requirements. We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own advertising or marketing activities.

AI Content Operations

If you voluntarily provide images, video clips, or other media for AI-based manipulation, your content is utilized only to produce the specific results you ask for.

Your files are never commercialized, licensed, or transmitted to third parties for ad targeting, behavioral analysis, or general model development. All media is handled exclusively for your requested task and is promptly removed following the deletion schedule described in this policy.

Legal Disclosure

We may share your personal data only when we determine that such disclosure is essential for:

Change of Ownership

If Dreamix or Dolleticon is involved in a merger, takeover, corporate reorganization, investment, asset divestiture, or comparable transaction, your personal information may be included in the assets transferred.

Under those circumstances, the acquiring entity will be bound to protect your data with privacy measures substantially equivalent to those described in this Policy, consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Safeguards and Security

We treat the confidentiality of your personal information with high importance. To mitigate unauthorized viewing, disclosure, or other hazards, we have put in place reasonable physical, digital, and administrative controls over data obtained through our Platform. We are committed to making every effort to protect your data.

Our security protocols are periodically reviewed and refined in response to business developments, technology advances, and legal requirements. These include technical safeguards, internal policies, access management, and staff awareness programs.

While we strongly prioritize data security, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is entirely secure. Despite our use of industry-standard practices, absolute security is not achievable.

If we detect a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you in line with applicable laws. Your use of the Platform signifies your agreement to receive such notifications via electronic means.

Your Data Protection Rights

If you would like more information about your legal entitlements under relevant laws or wish to exercise any of them, please contact us using the details in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request that we:

  1. Grant you access to or provide a copy of certain personal data we hold about you.
  2. Cease using your data for direct promotional purposes, including any marketing based on user profiling.

  4. Delete specific data we hold on you.
  5. Restrict our processing or sharing of certain information about you.
  6. Port your data to another service provider.
  7. Revoke any consent you previously gave for processing your information.

We will assess all requests and respond within the time frame specified by applicable law. Please note that in certain cases, some data may not be subject to these requests---for instance, if we must continue processing to protect our legitimate interests or comply with legal obligations. We may ask you to provide reasonable identification information to verify your identity before processing your request.

  1. Legitimate Interests
We may process certain non-sensitive information to pursue our legitimate interests, which include:
    • Improving application performance and user experience.
    • Preserving the security and dependability of our apps and services.
    • Analyzing usage behavior to guide product development.
In all such cases, we balance our interests against your rights and freedoms.
  2. Legal Requirements
In certain instances, we must process your data to fulfill statutory duties---such as meeting financial, tax, or regulatory compliance.
  3. Critical Circumstances
In rare situations, we may process your data to protect your vital interests or those of another person---for example, in response to a safety-related incident involving an application.
